Shipping policy

In-stock items typically ship out the same business day if ordered before 12 PM CST. 

In some instances, we may require additional processing time due to massive increases in the volume of items we are shipping out

Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include U.S. holidays.

Transit times listed at the checkout stage are estimates from the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. 

Package Insurance

We do not offer packaging insurance. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit. All shipments are securely packaged, but any issues that occur after the package is handed to the carrier must be addressed directly with them. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier for resolution.

Custom Duties and Fees

Customs duties and Import Fees are the responsibility of the customer. 4114, LLC is only responsible for shipping the product. 

Failure to pay any required customs fees will result in the shipment being returned. Any return shipping costs associated with this will be deducted from any refund issued.
